Puma’s partnership with Walt was just the beginning of numerous deals issued by the brand who signed NBA Rookies Deandre Ayton, Marvin Bagley III, Zhaire Smith and Michael Porter Jr along with budding stars Terry Rozier and Danny Green, rounding of the roster with veterans Rudy Gay & Skylar Diggins. The signings we’rent limited to just athletes with Jay Z being announced as the Puma Hoops brand creative director.

Despite the signings a return to basketball wouldn’t be complete without an on court model. The Puma Court Clyde Disrupt is a modern day take on the original model maintaining its classic street style, boosted with modern performance technology. Ditching the premium upper the Clyde Disrupt features an engineered knit upper with a padded ankle sock-like collar and an external heel counter. It will be interesting to see how Puma’s patented NRGY bead cushioning system holds up on the hardwood.
