New Balance Kawhi “Moreno Valley” Pays Homage To Leonards Hometown – Now Available
New Balance celebrate their signature athletes hometown of Moreno Valley on the latest colourway of the Kawhi.
Drawing direct inspiration from the cities seal, that’s stamped on the sneakers tongue, this Kawhi iteration features fresh aqua Blue dressing the heel counters, collars, tongues, laces, forefoot overlays and suede toe caps. The mesh mid-foot material arrives in a Beige hue representing the sand found on the Riverside County city’s logo as the conrow-esque abstract pattern adorns a mix between Brown, White and minty Green colouring.
In addition, Kawhi teams up with New Balance and the 2K foundation to provide a basketball court and playground at Moreno Valley’s Weston Park, giving back to the community.
